  15.      _ssss_eeee_tttt_tttt_iiii_mmmm_eeee sets the access and modification dates for one or more files.
  16.      The dates are set to the specified date, or to the access and
  17.      modification dates of the file specified via _----_ffff.  Exactly one of these
  18.      methods must be used to specify the new date(s).  The first _m_m is the
  19.      month number; _d_d is the day number in the month; _h_h is the hour number
  20.      (24 hour system); the second _m_m is the minute number; _y_y is the last two
  21.      digits of the year and is optional.  For example:
